We Purchase Our Hardwoods in Bulk Direct From Local Kilns

It all starts with the lumber. We purchase Hardwoods with a 13% moisture content. Then we rip it into 2" strips and make glue up blanks, just like butcher block assemblys. This insures your sign does not cup or warp providing a piece that will last a lifetime.

We Use Vetric Software For Our Design Work And Machine Code Generation
